Delivery, payment and cancellation terms
Specifying the occasion
The event program must be submitted no later than a week before the event. The program must reveal the following:
· number of participants, name list of those staying and room allocation.
· schedule, meal times and possible diets.
· the necessary meeting equipment and the table format of the meeting room.
· the names of the person responsible for the event and the trainers.
· any other wishes.
· billing address and reference.
In this case, invoicing takes place according to the confirmed number of people, however according to the minimum number of people mentioned in the offer.
NOTE! Everyone is responsible for keeping their clothes and other property in our premises during the event!
Airisto Spa is not responsible for lost property and, according to the Lost Property Act, is not responsible for keeping valuable lost property. Valuables are delivered to the police.
Terms of Payment
After confirming the final number of people and the program, we will send you an invoice, which is due before the start of the trip, unless otherwise agreed. Drinks, increases in the number of people and other possible additional services will be billed afterwards according to consumption. Billing surcharge 5 euros.
For companies – Conditions for canceling a confirmed event/service
Cancellation takes place 30-45 days before the event, 25% will be charged. 14-29 days before the event, 50% will be charged.
7-13 days before the event, 75% of the price will be charged, and if the cancellation occurs later than 7 days before the event, 100% of the price will be charged.
For private individuals
Payment one month in advance.
In the event of force majeure, the owner is not obliged to compensate for a sudden change in the cabin or to compensate the tenant for the damage. The owner (Airisto Spa) has the right to cancel the reservation if Force Majeure occurs.
If an agreement cannot be reached with the owner and the tenant within the framework of this agreement and through negotiation, the case will be resolved in the district court of Parainen.
All possible breakages or other deficiencies/damages found in the villa must be reported immediately to the owner of the villa.
